If you have already bought Sony Tablet P and wonder how to enable or disable the Airplane mode function then you have come to the right place as we have the information for you. Airplane mode is needed when you are on an airplane and asked to turn off the wireless functions and this feature will help you to do so quickly.

Please note that Airplane mode will turn off all the wireless functions of the tablet. So, here is how to enable the feature. First tap the Home icon on the desktop. Second, tap the Apps icon which lies in the upper-right corner of the desktop home screen. Third, tap the Settings icon in the Apps screen. Fourth, tap to select Wireless & Networks (in the Settings screen). Fifth, tap Airplane mode in the Wireless & Networks screen.

If you want to do this quickly then you can simply tap the Time or the Battery icon. It is on the desktop, in the bottom right corner of the screen. Then you can tap the Time again. Next, tap Airplane mode to turn it either on or off .

You will see a green check next to Airplane mode when the feature is enabled. So, the feature is not enabled if there is no green check next to Airplane mode.
